I am getting an error when I click the tracking number linked in my shipping confirmation email. How can I find my order tracking information?
We regret any confusion the provided tracking number may have caused.
Your order is most likely shipping via a consolidated shipping method from our warehouse in the United States, to your shipping address in Canada. This means that your order has been bundled with other Ruffwear orders as it makes its way to the Canadian border. Because of this, FedEx’s main tracking system may show your tracking number as invalid. The current tracking number you were provided, formatted RUFXXXXX, is the correct tracking number assigned to your order.
You can track your order and view additional package information on the FedEx International Connect tracking portal here.
Once your package has been received at the border it will be transferred to Canada Post. You can continue to use the tracking portal linked above. Click the purple “View More Tracking” button under the Shipment Details section to view your local tracking information.
