I used to get discounts for my service dog, do I need to reapply?
Pro Pack membership is good for 1 year at a time. If your membership has expired, please re-apply using our application.
Why isn't my discount working for certain items?
Currently, our Pro Purchase Program is only available in Canada and the US. Pro pricing is not available for all products. Limited Edition gear is not eligible for a pro purchase discount.
